Our Student Leadership Ambassador Program is a selective opportunity for outstanding middle and high school students who represent their teams, schools, and communities with character, effort, and heart.

Ambassadors receive exclusive Rowdey’s Locker Room gear, special discounts, early access to new products, and participate in virtual leadership workshops focused on college readiness, branding, and life skills.
We intentionally keep this program small — selecting only a few students from each school — so every ambassador receives personal mentorship and meaningful opportunities.
